Orange Innovation Factory is a website that offers all of you, Orange customers or not, the opportunity to discover a preview of applications designed by the Orange Innovation and Orange Group teams. You can download these applications free of charge from the usual application shops, and send us your comments and suggestions via the Orange Innovation Factory website, our Facebook page and our Twitter accounts.

The Orange teams will propose innovative applications: new uses, new technologies, new concepts. You will be the first to try them out! But be careful, these are not Orange commercial applications.

These applications, even if they are fully developed, can be withdrawn from one day to the next. That's the risk when you make anticipation your playground!

We have decided to create a separate site, so that we can ensure that none of the applications on offer can be assimilated to an Orange application. In short, it's a place where new concepts will be presented to you that you may find later under the Orange brand.

Orange engineers, researchers, developers and ergonomists are working on the design and development of new and innovative services. By offering you the opportunity to discover exclusive new ideas for services and concepts devised by our teams, we aim to improve the user experience and the design of services that meet your needs in a concrete way.

Through the Orange Innovation Factory site, you can discover exclusive new technologies and concepts that may become tomorrow's flagship applications for the Orange brand.

This is the result of the work of our engineers and researchers. We enable them to offer you innovative applications resulting from their research and application development know-how.

The Orange Innovation Factory site also allows for interactivity between the teams that design the applications upstream and you, the future users of these applications. You can leave comments, suggest functional or technical improvements, give a testimonial on their experience, ask questions and receive answers about applications you have used, contact our teams directly or be regularly informed of new applications available via our site, our Facebook page and our Twitter accounts... It is very simple! You will find on Orange Innovation Factory the list of applications that we suggest you discover. You just have to click on the application you want to use.

In the case of a Mobile or Virtual Reality application, you will be redirected to the ad hoc stores so that you can download them to your terminal.

In the case of a website, you will simply click on the link and you will be redirected to the dedicated website. 

 No registration is required to download applications from Orange Innovation Factory. Some applications are open to all, others may be reserved only for Orange mobile or Orange internet customers.

Your opinion is important to us; it is even essential for us to improve our products and services! So don't hesitate to share your impressions and suggestions, or to ask a question about the application you have just used. To do so, simply go to the relevant application page and click on the "Get Support" button at the top right: "Give us your suggestions", "Report a bug", "Need help? Don't hesitate". 

You can also, if you wish, send us your comments on our Facebook page and our Twitter accounts... or even contact the teams who designed the application directly! You will be able to share your views and ideas for improvement with them. To contact them, click on the support link on the app page or directly in your app on your phone or tablet.

The applications identified on the Orange Innovation Factory website may indeed be removed from the site overnight: it is possible that they were deemed too complex to use or need to be reworked. As the applications are the result of our anticipatory work, some of them will undoubtedly need to be improved.

This can happen... Indeed, the teams cannot develop applications for all the devices on the market. Some are developed for Apple's iPhone, others for Android or Harmony OS.

 

Our engineers, researchers, developers and ergonomists are located all over the world. The innovations they propose therefore often meet a local need and are adapted to specific technical constraints. It is therefore possible that certain applications are not available in all countries... or at least not yet!
